Senator Voinovich Discusses Visa Waiver Program with AHEPA Senator Voinovich Discusses Visa Waiver Program with AHEPA WASHINGTON - Recently, U.S. Senator George V. Voinovich (R-OH) met with Nicholas A. Karacostas, President of the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association (AHEPA), to discuss issues important to the association. Among the topics discussed was Greece's interest in participating in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (VWP). Sen. Voinovich is aware of Greece's interest in the VWP because in October, he travelled to Athens and met with Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou and other officials about Greece's potential participation in the VWP. Following those meetings, Sen.
